Workflow Overview

Get a Quote for PO

Registration time: ≈1 minute

  1. Visit jetjerryseq.com
  2. Register or log in (separate from QuintaraBio)
  3. Enter your email verification code and sign in
  4. Complete your profile (First/Last name, PI details, department, institute, building info)
  5. Click Create Quotation and auto-generate your PDF

Submit a Sequencing Order

  1. Go to quintarabio.com (separate login)
  2. Select your service (Whole Plasmid, Sanger, Amplicon Express)
  3. Enter sample + run parameters
  4. Download/print the order sheet and pack samples in 8-strip tubes

Call & Pickup

  1. Stay logged into JPS
  2. Visit a dropbox and scan the QR code with your phone
  3. Tap Request Pickup
  4. Cutoff: Monday–Friday 3:30 PM
  5. Turnaround: Results the next morning

Whole Plasmid Sequencing – Express Colony suspension or purified plasmids; perfect for <10kb screens. $5.00 / reaction
Amplicon Express (NGS Amplicon) Up to 40-60K reads per run. $29.00 / run
